After the sudden loss of our mother, the family decided to sell her house but we didn't know where to start. A close family friend recommended Ruth to us, and we'll forever be grateful for that. Ruth was amazing to work with! Even though we lived out of state, Ruth was in constant communication with us. Not once during the whole process did we have to wonder if things were progressing or what the status. Ruth was very knowledgeable and we're confidant that she got our mom's house sold for fair market price. I only wish we lived back in the South Bend area because when its time to buy another house she would be the person we'd want on our team.

We got lucky. We asked to see a house that we found through a website and Ruth was the realtor that showed up. We had talked to a couple other realtors at previous house viewings and just didn't mesh well. Ruth was very thourough about trying to find the house we wanted. This was a first time buy for my girlfriend and I. We always felt in the loop with what was going on, at least with Ruth/C&E's side of things. She was very patient and understanding with us. Anytime we had a question or clarification that needed to be made, Ruth was there in a timely manner. We have kind of a hectic schedule and the line of communication was still always there for us. It felt like Ruth does this job because she enjoys it. I think that's very important in this line of business.

Ruth Hutt is hard working and patient. Showed us a lot of homes in a short period of time. Had to start over a couple times after offers feel through. Never felt pressured to buy something. Always encouraged us to buy what was right for us. Always had our best interests in mind and took time to point out things we missed or didn't know about or quit understand. Definitely wanted us to get what we wanted and was more than willing to keep showing us houses until we finally found what we were looking for.
